Today I wanted to share a simple paper crown craft that kids can make and wear to observe leap day and celebrate leap year as this only comes around once every four years. Here is a completely edible twist on the classic gingerbread house. After many bouts of tears over heavily decorated rooftops that have collapsed, our little family started to make gingerbread castles. I made a template that is free to download below.
